Competitive rates, simple app & excellent service.

I opened my account with Chase because I was impressed with their competitive, easy-access savings accounts. This process was especially smooth because of the well-designed nature of their app. It's very intuitive and easy to use, a consideration that seems overlooked by other competitors. For the few times I have contacted customer support, the service has been excellent with minimal waiting times. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
