It's simple and it just works.

It's simple and it just works. I joined Monzo in 2017 before spending some time abroad. When I came back I only had my Monzo account and it continues to be my main and only UK bank account. Customer service is excellent and they talk to you in everyday language that isn't patronising or so formal you can't understand it. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
