Incredible and fast response to fraud incident

I had money taken from my account which I discovered immediately through Monzo alerts. I was on a long car journey at 6pm on a Friday evening when this happened. I contacted Monzo through their app and they were able to resolve most of the issue within a couple of hours. Incredible customer service and hugely reassuring. I recommend them to everyone.
