Reliable, transparent and accessible

Accessible and attentive customer service that doesn't feel like stuck in an endless loop of talking to a bot, plus benefits/perks of the account that I actually use. I was disappointed that the interest on my savings account decreased, but appreciate the timely communication of this. Reviewed on: 26th January 2026

Great for travel and home!

Whether I have been overseas travelling and forgot a pin, lost a card or been at home making online payments, the customer service of Revolut has been amazing. I find the interface is very user friendly and I’ve had support agents repeatedly contact me to make sure that I’ve received all the support I need. Strong English too, which I appreciate. Ideal for real service & accessible features

Whether abroad or in my home country, the Revolut customer service has been incredible - I've had a card unlocked, or a new one sent to me, within minutes of my request being handled by a real person (amazing in this day and age). I switched to a Premium account last year and find the travel insurance an incredible offer, as well as the ability to seamlessly switch between accounts. A must-have for travelling or digital nomads. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
