The whole process was easy

The whole process was easy, simple to understand questions. I was then informed of next steps (which was an agent call me). Had a chat with the agent thr next day as it was late at night. Explained what I was wanting to do and how this would help financially (consolidated and a bit of extra money for a holiday). The agent talked me through the whole process including next steps, when I would receive the funds etc and what to do if I have any issues. It felt like talking to a friend rather than a company. I've received statements from them advising how much I can save if I'm in a position to pay off etc. I would highly recommend others to use and wouldn't hesitate to look at these again Reviewed on: 17th April 2024
