I had a Vanquis card as a balance transfer.

I had a Vanquis card as a balance transfer. I cleared the balance with money remaining on the account. I have been trying to months to get this money back with great difficulty. I have been told my account is blocked, and has been unblocked and still not be able to get my money back. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
