I went with Vanquis to try and sort out my finances...

I went with Vanquis to try and sort out my finances and I'm happy to say that it worked. My credit score was low as I really had no credit history, Vanquis helped me to change this and I now have a score in the 800's. I have only missed a payment twice and it was more to do with forgetting, rather than not being able to. the Customer Service team contacted me, at which point I made my payment and I was never charged or penalised. The second time was for the same reason, so I got a text and was able to make the payment via the app, immediately. I've always found them very helpful. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
