Astonishing service!!!

I am truly grateful for the staff helping me. I was in hospital throughout the month of August last year in the intensive care unit. I was there due to MRSA and Pneumonia, which brought on severe sepsis. I was in a coma for 8 days and intubated. My father contacted Vanquis to inform them of my situation and they were very understanding. Not long after my discharge I contacted them to inform them of my situation. They were very understanding and even paid my monthly charge for me! I was flabbergasted - I didn't expect such a lovely and kind gesture. Vanquis are ultimately human, which counts for an awful lot in this day of AI. Thank you Vanquis, from the bottom of my heart. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
