Very disappointed

I paid my overcharge on Friday, it takes up to 2 business days to deposit money, but Vanquis don’t have any issue to charge their fees on Sunday! Sonny money came to my account on Konday, but on Sunday they charged me already their ridiculous fees. I pay minimum amount each month for them to take it back in their fees, at this point if you can’t repay the whole amount you’ll be paying back forever Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
