Brilliant news offer by PayPal

I was actually surprised by the 'Pay in 3' offer but I accepted it several times. It comes very handy when you want to buy i.e. a piece of furniture or a new laptop! Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

Problem solving

Years ago I have been seriously ill and bedridden for weeks. The last thing on my mind was paying my credit card - it completely slipped my mind. Consequently I was fined - £ 30.0 if I remember correctly. It's not a big amount but big enough for a lady in her seventies. I rang Customer Service and explained the situation. They realized that I was seriously upset. They checked my account and realized that it was the very first (and last) time that I did not meet my obligation. They believed my statement that I had been so poorly, wished me all the best and refunded the fine to my account - what a relief that was. Thanks again. Reviewed on: 5th May 2024
