Excellent information given on account situation and payments logged within 2 days. However, on discussing problems with your staff, they never ever perform what I ask them to do - I think this id due to your operators not speaking to one another properly. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

I FIND THAT VANQUIS IS VERY FAIR IN ITS HANDLING OF MY ACCOUNT. HOWEVER MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THE WEB PAGE, AS I PUT IN MY DETAILS AND IT USUALLY ASKS ME TO KEEP REPEATING MY LOGIN DETAILS AND ALSO REJECTS MY PERSONAL CODES. IT DOES THIS MANY TIMES OVER. IT IS ABOUT TIME THEY SORTED OUT THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEMS. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024
