Easy to navigate and good customer service

App has been made easier to navigate. Easy to see what I owe and when. Marked down 1 star for when I increased my direct debit too near the date, which resulted in a "late fee". Customer service was a positive experience when I was mistakenly charged a late fee. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
