Polite, Efficient and Swift Service

I sent my passbook for updating with a request for a cheque on a Tuesday and, had the first class post worked, I should have had the book and the cheque back on the following Thursday - in fact it came on the Friday. All calls to the Society were answered promptly, politely and efficiently. Reviewed on: 18th May 2024
