Overall, it’s a safe and useful way to pay

Overall, the customer services are good. You have to wait, but the humans on this phone have been fairly good at explaining how things work. The pay in 3 is what I use the most, that’s a brilliant way to provide credit but without huge risk. The main issue or improvement would be making it much clearer how credit works and is paid off. For example, customers cannot choose what to pay off - and I’m very organised yet can’t do this. It meant one month I had to double my payments to ensure I didn’t get charged interest. However, this was explained to me well by the support person on the phone, so now I’m more aware about the differences between 4 months at 0%, pay in 3 and eBay credit through PayPal, for example.
