Let down by PayPal towards fake seller

Payed15£ to return discontinued unsafe skincare product to the other side of the world despite bought from UK seller. Explained the issue to PayPal but was still made to send it back. Eventually the product was returned back to me as the adress the seller provided was not valid. I did not have my return postage cost back.I have opened a case and tried to explain to PayPal that I am being framed by the seller and they are trying to make it expensive for me to return as they have provided Chinese address despite the sender address on the packaging was UK adress. Paypal should have not accepted the fact that I was sent a different return address than the origin of the purchase. I have tried to stop the purchase at first when realised the product is unsafe and the money appeared with chinese symbols I could not recognise and I was overcharged too,but the seller said it was dispatched despite the dispatch info saying in preparation. They have apologised and said they have mistakenly overcharged by 8$ and refunded to me. The seller promised they will help with return once I receive the product as they can not stop the dispatch. After that they have never accepted my request to return instead they were offering 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 $ each time to comensate so I keep the product. making everything to make me keep the product despite it was discontinued and unsafe to use. Paypal ignored this information too. I thought I am secured and have customer rights. But was left to deal with it myself. I was constantly told the seller has responded and gave me return address which doesn't make sende if I sell products from 1 address but at the end of the sale if return demanded I might ask them to return it to Australia just to make it difficult and expensive for the buyer to return which will put them off from returning. It was not fair and I was let down by Paypal . I have also faced technical issues with the app as it kept logging me off when tried to add information on the opened case page.
