A false suspicious pay in 3 payment (now refunded)

Well they blocked one of my payments through AliExpress calling it a ‘suspicious transaction’. Really it was me trying to do pay in three for the first time on AliExpress so they flagged it for no reason. Didn’t have access to MY OWN MONEY for days and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that I just had to be patient and wait for them to refund it back. I had to cancel my whole order and wait seven days I believe to get it back. Ridiculous and I had to speak to several people on PayPal customer service to even get to that point in the first place. One was even so rude as to cut me off of the call. Customer service is rude and have no care about the people they are taking money from. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024
