Great customer service

I have had a few months over a 2 year period where I have been unable to pay due to unforeseen circumstances. The customer service I have received I cannot fault I have explained the reason to them I haven't felt judge I haven't been pushed to tell more than was needed and arrangements have been made that work for me and my family. I never feel worried to tell them that I cannot pay they have always been understanding Reviewed on: 19th May 2024
