Re-payments and flexibility

You would do better if you had an option in app, like some other companies (klarna), that gave you more flexibility with repayments. For instance if you're struggling to make a re-payment, you can select to extend your repayment for a short time. This gives the customer breathing space if unforeseen expenditures happen. Regarding paypal, I had to scroll the Web to find a number and speak to 2 different people over the phone for over 30mins, do a questionnaire along with lots of strange questions to achieve the same outcome.
