Safe to receive & send with PayPal - better than bank!

I’ve used PayPal safely to have payments sent from companies from around the world , including China & individuals . The payments are prompt and exchange rates not extortionate. I also know I’m in safe hands if I buy some using PayPal - any problems , returns or scams will be reimbursed quickly . Very supportive . Better than my bank of over 30 years!!! Thank you.
