PayPal is useful but customer service could improve

I find using PayPal helpful for items pay in 3 and credit however when there is a problem it's very difficult to resolve an issue with PayPal and customer service do not read your issue correctly and they do not respond correctly nor do they help you. They provide scripted responses. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
