Seamless Support When It Mattered Most

I recently moved house and ran into an issue with the PayPal app—it wouldn’t allow me to select Berkshire as my address. Expecting it to be a hassle, I reached out via online chat, but the experience couldn’t have been smoother. The support team quickly understood the problem and updated my address on their end within minutes. It was fast, efficient, and completely painless. What really stood out was how easy PayPal made resolving the issue without any back-and-forth or frustration. On top of that, I continue to find PayPal Credit, Pay in 4, and Pay in 3 excellent—offering flexibility and convenience that genuinely improves day-to-day spending. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026
