Excellent customer service but be wary of payments

The customer agents are excellent but the application of payments leaves alot to be desired. Often we've found they will credit payments against 0% offers, leaving the high interest ones to accrue even more interest. They don't seem to follow logic even if the 0% debt is newer, or on a monthly repayment schedule over x months. It all feels a bit underhand really. If you call they can normally reallocate a payment, but you shouldn't have to call. Basically, if you have something on a 0% offer, it's safest not to use PayPal credit for anything else until it's paid up. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
