I have been having problems with my paypal account s...

I have been having problems with my paypal account since I noticed an unauthorised login from London. When I am paying for goods it asks for my password 2 or 3 times before the payment goes through. Also I have been unable to logout of my account for over a month now. I have tried deleting paypal and reloading it but it hasn't made any difference. On my latest transaction it asked for my password twice and then appeared to reload the app. The payment finally went through, but when I checked my bank account the payment had been taken twice.
