Feedback on Promotional Offer Transparency

I wasn’t aware that PayPal’s promotional offers (like paying over four months) only apply to transactions above £99. Because of this, I made several purchases assuming they qualified, which affected how I managed my repayments. I also found it confusing that repayments don’t clearly show which transactions are being paid off, especially older ones versus promotional ones. While this may be in the terms and conditions, most users don’t read them. It would be much more helpful if, at the point of transaction, users were clearly told whether a purchase qualifies for a promotional offer or not.
