Using PayPal Credit feels unnecessarily slow and fru...

Using PayPal Credit feels unnecessarily slow and frustrating, especially in a digital age where transactions should be processed instantly. When I make a payment, it takes far too long for the balance to update or clear. This delay creates confusion and makes it difficult to track what I actually owe in real time. Another major issue is how payments are allocated. With multiple promotional balances — for example £2800, £400, and £115 — there is no option to choose which balance a payment should reduce. If I make a £300 payment, it is automatically deducted from the largest balance (£2800), rather than clearing smaller amounts first. This is incredibly inconvenient. It prevents users from strategically paying off smaller promotional balances before deadlines, which could help avoid interest charges. Instead, the system forces payments in a way that feels counterintuitive and, frankly, unfair. Overall, the lack of payment control and slow processing makes managing PayPal Credit far more difficult than it should be. Reviewed on: 12th April 2026

Absolutely wrong system when a payment gets refunded...

Absolutely wrong system when a payment gets refunded it doesn't cancel the same payment which is very confusing.. shame on the developer or the person director who did something like that Reviewed on: 2nd June 2024
