Fantastic customer service alongside a free platform

Good selection of funds, some of them effectively free (since the fund fee is refunded), with a free platform to boot. Platform is easy to use and it really stands by its promise to make fees transparent and clear, with explanations every step of the way. Another massive distinguishing feature is the brilliant customer service. My queries are dealt with quickly, immediately by the bot but then almost as quickly, by a real person. For more complex queries, I was also able to speak with someone at length, over the phone, with no annoying machine or options to press.
