Ahmed their adviser was awesome we had a laugh whilst we were going through our policy induction he was explaining everything to me clearly, the amount I’m paying to what I could receive on my death is also brilliant so I know I have peace of mind that my family will be okay with out me if I’m gone brilliant stuff! Recieved a call from Claire, not long after entering my details online. She was extremely friendly and helpful and the phone call was very relaxed. She discussed the different options that were available to me and even called back later that evening after I had time to discuss it with my partner. Would 100% recommend. Josh was absolutely fantastic. Approaching what can be such a morbid and often upsetting subject with humour and personality. I felt well informed of all policies available to me making decision processes so much easier. Accessing a tailored plan informed and confident has been quite frankly superb. None of us can see into the future but what I can see is security for my family and that is worth its weight in gold. Thank you for protecting not only my family but my interest too.
