The insurance consultant I dealt with, Rachel Whatley provided me with service that was unlike any other I’ve ever received from a customer service/sales professional either face to face or over the phone. She was friendly, empathetic and best of all was very informed and knowledgeable about the insurance I was looking for. Her expert knowledge of what different providers had to offer me made me very comfortable I made a very informed, suitable and the correct choice for me on the policy I purchased. Nothing was too much trouble for her as at the time I had my two young children to attend too while on the phone. She was patient, efficient very helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020

I’m really glad that I chose Protect Line. Chloe, the company representative has been very helpful, patient and approachable and made my decision very easy. She will be my Go-To person during the entire period which makes me even more happy. It was all very well explained and she has found the perfect package that goes along with my financial situation.
