Ease

Getting life insurance is a daunting part of life with lots to consider, and although the people you speak with over the phone may have a certain checklist of questions and things to mention, you can see they are willing to go out of their way to make you feel at ease and help you come to the correct solution that suits you with zero pressure added, no matter how many times i went off course of the questions they were asking. They gave me and my wife complete control of what's best for our family by guiding us effortlessly through this long winded process with not even sigh, no matter how many times I asked the same questions just to be sure my family is protected, the only sighing that came of this was my families relief that we got what we needed by speaking to the amazing gentleman on the phone. Outstanding!!!!

Right from the start the customer service was fantastic. Calling me back at agreed times when I finished work (key worker). Miss R Whatley was very polite, professional, helpful, listened to everything and explained everything perfectly and in ways I understand. Nothing was too much for her and I truly believe she went above and beyond for me to find the correct life insurance for myself and to my needs. A real credit to Protect Line and I feel she deserves the recognition she deserves. Very please with my experience and have and will continue to recommend! Also, it's not once you sign up thats it. Miss R Whatley said if I have any other questions or anything whatsoever, I can always call her/email her any time! That means alot to from a customer point of view. Thank you Protect Line. Excellent service with helpful and friendly people

Amazing

As a young parent I was always worried about if something happened to me and there were left with nothing but funeral costs , this worry was completely taken away from me thanks to my insurance I feel very comfortable with the money what is left To my children , also at such a low monthly cost !
