Pleasant chat to discover what cover, and amount i needed ,they listened and explained different types, answered any questions i had ,then left me to decide which i wanted, went through paperwork while i was on the phone, i received paperwork in the post, as i requested, but also electronic to my phone, help and support any time, with a quick phonecall away. Simple, friendly service
