Brilliant insurance, excellent customer service

Productivity have been fantastic since day 1. Filling out their online forms was very easy and there were no troubles. Any time I have had questions about my cover I have just sent emails to the customer service who have responded very quickly. Being a new starter business the less stress the better and as they are so quick and responsive, I have no problems with recommending their insurance products to anyone. Well done protectivity! I use Protectivity Insurance for my Pet sitting business every year. Everyone has always been very helpful, I can change things on my insurance to make it a perfect fit for my business. The cover given is fantastic for such a good price, I do look around every year but have never found anything to beat the service and the cost offered to me by protectivity.
