While they offer good cover they don’t as a matter of course cover zoom/virtual training which is a normal method of training for some behaviours. They will cover this if asked. I did have ro come away from them though because they do not cover working with exempted dogs and as I had existing clients I could not afford to keep this policy. They refund the remainder of the premium quickly as it was no long fir for my purposes. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024
