Simple, high-yield savings with strong protection

I’ve been using Raisin to access a range of UK and European savings accounts, and overall the experience has been very positive. The platform is straightforward to use, with a single login giving access to multiple banks offering competitive fixed-term and easy-access rates, often higher than what’s available directly in the UK market. What stands out is the ability to diversify deposits across different institutions while still managing everything in one place. The application process is efficient, and funds are typically placed without unnecessary friction. Interest rates have been consistently attractive, particularly for fixed-term deposits. There are a few practical considerations. Transfers in and out can take slightly longer compared to traditional UK instant-access accounts, and you need to be comfortable with different deposit guarantee schemes (depending on the bank). However, these are clearly explained and manageable with proper understanding.
