First Class Banking

Have had, and still do, a number of accounts over the past years through Raisin. Their guidance has been first class and as a non IT person their 'phone suppot has been wonderful and very helpful. I intend to continue using the service as each investment matures and calls for further savings. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Professional and Reliable

Good communication offering top rates as they appear on the market and when a bond is due to mature. Been using Raisin for over a decade, and have no complaints, being well looked after. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Poor customer service and response times

Raisin is very slow to respond to messages, even if urgent. It takes them several days to process deposits and withdra, leading to loss of credit interest for the customer Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
