Seamless online experience. Everything explained step by step - so easy to follow. The fact that I have not had to contact customer services speaks for itself. There have been zero problems and I feel confident that my money is secure. I have never had a problem with my Raisin account since first investing in 2021. Since then I have invested with three different banks using the platform. Communication and instructions have always been timely and clear. I find the information given about banks and product choices help me to tailor my funds to my needs as my circumstances change.
