It was very easy to use the app to search through the savings accounts using the basic information required to make a decision. Opening an account was easy and quick with great communication as the request moves through the different stages of the process. Monitoring the account through the app is easy and up-to-date. I've always had s good and successful experience when choosing an account and nearly always ask for assistance to make sure I'm following instructions on the app properly. I usually manage to open and close accounts without assistance these days. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Found Rasin via by Martin Lewis website.

Only used as featured on Martin Lewis money saving experts website which made me trust Rasin. Found the layout of the app good, could find the finacial service agreement assurance symbol on potential investment easily. Didnt find response time of customer services great as its a worry when waiting to hear back regarding your investments. But satisfactory resolution reached when contacted customer services.
