Fantastic product and service

We got a loan from Ratesetter as we needed additional funds for an extension we are building for our disabled son. The website was very easy to use, we got a rapid response to our application and the funds went straight into our account. The interest rate is very low and as it's a 5 year fixed term we can budget for it every month. We have already recommended to a family member and would recommend them to anyone. Quick easy and no hard sell

Offered fantastic rates, was really simple to understand and apply. Really quick decisions and responses. I was really impressed especially as there was no hard sell and the customer experience was really friendly. There are no hard sell emails and constant offers like other companies. I had a loan and the app to check how you are doing is also really easy to use and useful. Just a friendly company who are on the side of the customer. Would definitely recommend.
