The best bank

I’ve been using Revolut for a while now and overall I’m very satisfied. The app is easy to use, transfers are fast, and the exchange rates are usually very competitive. I especially like the budgeting features and instant notifications. Customer support could sometimes be faster, but overall it’s a great banking alternative. Highly recommended! Good value but ruined by bots

Good value product on the metal plan, such as subscriptions like uber one and nord vpn, for a reasonable monthly price. I also like the insurance products they include. However, my only poor experience with revolut are the ai chat bots they use for customer service. In my experience they offer false help and suggestions that make no sense or have been “hallucinated” and a reluctance by the ai bot to transfer me to a human representative. Best card out there fact !

Been with these guys a few years now sort of a savings plan, with the easy access to my cash when or if needed we also go on a few holidays a year and always use my revolut card, for smooth and easy transactions, but rate when drawing money out of atms, first class service and provider, wont use anyone else, recommended loads of family and friends.
