No need to panic! Customer service was great

I had issues once where someone had tried using my card in an area which was a few miles away from where I was and they flagged it immediately. The help on the other side of the phone made me feel entirely comfortable that my issue was being looked after, and they guided me through every step of the way while still able to use the entirety of my account. Great app. Brilliant functionality easy to use. I use it for everyday purchase's and really like the spending chart trackers which are easy to read and understand. I also use them for trading, both stocks and crypto. The app makes it easy to access both with a section for each that lists everything in price order. Also use them for savings account as they offer a competitive interest and payments are made everyday! Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026
