When I switched from Monzo to Revolut, I didn’t expect much but honestly, the customer service has been excellent. They’ve been really supportive and helped me whenever I needed it. I’d say take negative reviews with a pinch of salt everyone’s experience is different. In my case, trusting my gut and choosing Revolut turned out to be a great decision, and I haven’t regretted it.
