All sorted.

Recently had double money taken out because I’d set up for a new year and hadn’t received any information for renewal, they were very prompt dealing with this. Now I have access to my account and have turned off automatic renewal so I can go on and renew myself. Only issue I would have is the time it takes to send monies back. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
