Ripe used to be good Even though I have no claims, stayed with Ripe, insurance has gone up to £200 this year. A lot cheaper at other places. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024

Recent claim settlement without issue.

Recent claim settlement without issue. Response from claim handlers was a bit slow , but spare part could not be sourced so not straight forward but satisfactory outcome. Maybe to many different people handling the claim and had to repeat info several times. The phone calls were always very courteous. I will be renewing with Ripe if I don’t get hammered for a small claim which was not my fault Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

Needed to make a small claim for a chipped skylight.

Needed to make a small claim for a chipped skylight. Sent an email as advised on the website but no response. When chased I was told they do not monitor the email inbox, they then sent a link for the online claim. I have chased this repeatedly but seven months have passed and still no response.
