the worst insurance company i have come across

after making a claim had to jump throw hoops after five emails they decided i could make a claim and had to pay £125 excess at the same time my policy was due to renew three weeks after the claim i decided not to renew a couple of days after i got the all clear to claim i rang to pay my excess and was told we have closed your account down to which i replied i have paid up until the 26 of the month i was put on hold five minutes later i was told i would have to wait 24 hours and then go online to pay my excess great customer service not Reviewed on: 2nd November 2017

THE BEST ONE

It is the best one to do online it is straightforward and simple and it is the cheapest one for phone insurance that is out there what the Machine covers highly recommended Reviewed on: 1st September 2017
