Just taken out a policy for my new Samsung Galaxy S8, brand new top of the range phone, covered for loss, theft and damage for only 6.99! cheaper than anywhere else, including the excess. I was worried i may not get to set it up today as my phone hasn't arrived yet but where the IMEI can be added at a later time i can get it all out the way now. fast and easy set up process, highly reccomended

after making a claim had to jump throw hoops after five emails they decided i could make a claim and had to pay £125 excess at the same time my policy was due to renew three weeks after the claim i decided not to renew a couple of days after i got the all clear to claim i rang to pay my excess and was told we have closed your account down to which i replied i have paid up until the 26 of the month i was put on hold five minutes later i was told i would have to wait 24 hours and then go online to pay my excess great customer service not
