I was happy to see that SBS has refreshed its online service as the previous service was sometimes a bit difficult to use. The new website seems to work well. I did have a problem with obtaining initial access to the new website. A phone call to their help desk was needed. I was on hold for only about 15 seconds when Katie McKnight at the Troon service center answered my call. She took the time to understand my personal circumstances and was much more interested in understanding my purpose and intentions rather than simply trying to sell me accounts. I have never experienced service like this. I didn’t have an appointment and, although I said I would come back because she was on her lunch break, she insisted on helping me. You can see that she has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She was genuinely invested in helping me and really listened to what I had to say. I genuinely felt valued today.
