I was happy to see that SBS has refreshed its online service as the previous service was sometimes a bit difficult to use. The new website seems to work well. I did have a problem with obtaining initial access to the new website. A phone call to their help desk was needed. I was on hold for only about 15 seconds when Katie McKnight at the Troon service center answered my call.
