I later missed a call from Kaia from Glasgow and when I returned the call which was answered quickly, spoke to Gerard who wanted me to confirm that the withdrawal was my decision and for a non suspicious reason. He again was very friendly and supportive. This is so refreshing compared with the customer support offered by other online banking firms. My only slight concern was the time taken for the transfer of funds to happen. I would have liked to be told upfront what the likely timescale would be.
