As I needed to make a withdrawal I had to travel to branch. Gerard was very helpful and made the transfer for me and printed out the letter with code. I have had to try and Register for the new system. I have had problems online and had to contact the Society by telephone. I... I have had to try and Register for the new system. I have had problems online and had to contact the Society by telephone. I spoke to Katie McKnight at Troon and I must say she managed my call with patience (as I am not too good with technology), gave me really good instructions to follow, was respectful, efficient and was a pleasure to talk with. My problem is that the system would not allow the registration process to be completed and I was asked to update my memorable information and call back to complete the process. On calling back the lady who answered my call ( unfortunately I didn't get her name ), was also very helpful and I have no issue with her at all, but even though I had updated the system and verified my personal details, again the system failed to complete registration process. My complaint is that I have spent time in having to make these two calls initially giving the answers to multiple questions to verify who I am and rather than simply transferring my accounts onto a new system I am put through this farce unnecessarily where I now have to wait till tomorrow and see if the registration has now worked and if not I have to make another call back.
