She took the time to understand my personal circumstances and was much more interested in understanding my purpose and intentions rather than simply trying to sell me accounts. I have never experienced service like this. I didn’t have an appointment and, although I said I would come back because she was on her lunch break, she insisted on helping me. You can see that she has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She was genuinely invested in helping me and really listened to what I had to say. I genuinely felt valued today.
