    I had difficulty loging into the new system.I am now 78 and the instructions were not clear. I eventually got in successfully and everything seemed... I eventually got in successfully and everything seemed Ok until I tried again later and I could not get in. I phoned in and got Katie McKnight who was excellent and solved all my problems.
