Apparently money can’t buy you love but for most people it’s fairly essential and when you need a little extra in a hurry there’s only one place you should consider. Credit Union offer a fast, safe friendly service that can’t be beaten. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Easy to use and quality customer service

Cheaper than the rest.

Credit unions were formed so that minimum profits are taken and the money is loaned out to other members. That’s what Serve and Protect do. In the past I’ve needed a loan and got it cheaply, what’s not to like. No fuss and minimal paperwork means it’s easy to apply and be accepted. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Efficiently processed, quickly paid out, well communicated.

I'm a saver and recent short term borrower with the CU. Never any issues with saving, and my loan application was very efficiently processed with decent communication of the stumbling blocks that always crop up. Communication since (when necessary) has again been efficient despite the lockdown difficulties and I've been very pleased. Only constructive feedback is that the online provision could be better, with more available online with regard to amount currently owed, and payback details. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
