Professional yet personal

All my dealings with Serve & Protect Credit Union have only ever been positive. In my 20 years with WMP, I have had various loans and savings accounts, all of which have been highly competitive. When my first child came along in September 2015, I again contacted S & P C U to open a young saver account. The process couldn’t have been more simple and the service I received was second to none. Needless to say I did the same when number two made his appearance in April 2017. I may be leaving WMP for pastures new, but once again S & P C U couldn’t have been better when they informed me I could keep all of my accounts despite a potential career change. Every single time I have had to communicate with S & P C U, I have been greeted with nothing other than professionalism with a personal touch. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Birmingham branch are so Professional

Not had much cause to contact Birmingham branch over the years, as I’ve always just saved. Having moved house a few months ago, I had to contact them a couple of times over different issues.
