Merseyside tuebrook staff

The inspector in charge at Malvern house Jane holds together a great team of workers and in particular the credit union staff who are fantastic They help us old dinosaurs and bring us upto date with the modern world of finance As we get older we need a bit more help and assistance these girls are right on the money in more ways than one I thank them all for there time interpersonal skills and customer care thank you Derek Gray Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Great service and products

The staff are always very knowledgeable and friendly and never try to push you into any products. They simply run through the products available to you and give you a breakdown of the important features i.e charges and let you decide. Can’t fault this company Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

If I could spell EXCEPTIONAL !

I would use the word I have great difficulty in articulating (and spelling) to best describe my involvement with the Credit Union. Especially the Newcastle branch. The staff are so patient and helpful that I would have little, if any, hesitation in recommending it to ANYONE! That's my review in English! Military savings account (retirement)

Initially signing just for the saver account (coming straight out of my wages is a great benefit) then when getting an email advertising the additional lottery saver transferred funds into that account which due to the website was effortless and easy to understand.
