Just real, helpful and empathetic human beings

I was just n a financial mess when I sought help from this company. They spoke to me respectfully and laid out simply what they could do to help. I spoke to genuine helpful and empathetic people and am now in a much more stable position thanks to the care and attention they gave to me in my time of need. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Reliable, Trustworthy and secure

I currently have two accounts operating with Serve and Protect Credit Union. On the very rare occasion I need to contact the call centre, staff are efficient friendly and quickly action any requests. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Seriously good rates for those who serve

I'm fortunate to be a saver rather than using any loan products. I rely on Serve & Protect to provide very competitive rates on my savings. The savings are taken each month out of my pension so I need make no conscious effort to remember to save! If I were to need a loan I'd go straight to Serve & Protect. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

The experience was 1st rate. The representative who answered my call made the process of joining straight forward.
