Always there when I needed them but not in your face when I didnt.

The Credit union have always been there for me when I needed them. I have been a member since 1998 and they have helped me in times of trouble with unexpected costs. They have never been pushy trying to get me to borrow more when I didn't need it and I think that is important that they have always been this way. affordable emergency loans

I've had 2 loans from SCU, 1 for a new fridge and the other to replace a stolen mobile phone. Being on ESA I would have been entitled to the budgeting loan from DWP but you have to pay back about £30 per giro, with SCU I'm only paying £13 which makes it much more affordable. Interest

The way they add interest in loans is strange they take 50% of every loan repayment which means the loan is taking longer to pay off and the loan repayments don’t come Down. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
