Sheffield credit union has progressed over the years with a professional image and maintained there ethical behaviour and preserved there integrity. They are very friendly and have a positive attitude. There interest rates have been fair and can see the company progressing into a more advanced state. Sheffield credit union is way above average-management and have a strong customer-centric culture. They build strong relationships and provide open communication with their employees. Love being able to save whilst borrowing!

Very quick loan decisions and bank transfers from money that goes in my account weekly. I love that I get to save as well as repaying my loan, I start out with a lump sum of money and when the loan has been repaid I also have a lump sum of money. I would never apply for any other loan! Friendly and helpful

Not sure what the customer service is like to date, as theres not much face to face communication anymore, but over the years it's been amazing in general. Taught me to save my money and stopped me using hire purchase and loan sharks that I use to use alot when I was younger. Intrest rates are low and I like how they go down as your balance goes down which is how I believe it should be. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
